FRONT DESK/CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER- Lagos (Full time)

Job Summary:
Manage the front desk office and Interact with Patients and Clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about services.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with clients by telephone or electronically
  • Provide information to callers and clients about company services
  • Manage inquiries and record appointments in given forms, softwares and web portals
  • Handle & respond promptly to client/patient inquiries and complaints
  • Direct client’s requests and unresolved issues as appropriate
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails and deliveries
  • Compute bills for clients manually and electronically
  • Schedule appointments and manage clients accounts
  • Maintain appointment diary both manually and electronically
  • Communicate and coordinate activities within internal departments

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Client service/relations
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/patient queries
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in the health care industry
  • Conversant with technology and ability to multitask
  • Possess a strong work ethic, flexible and a team player
